One of the guys I play with will put music on in the cart and let it run through his headphones – we can hear it on low volume in the cart but as soon as you walk away from the cart you can’t hear it. Interesting Frank on the ruling, I wonder if that would be a violation in one of our weekly tourneys too? It isn’t really music for tempo but just more for listening to – and with the volume so low no one else can really be bothered by it. Interesting.
