In the 8-10 years I have played, I only was rained out of a round one time. I received a rain-check from the course, and gladly used it as a practice round the following year. I seem to recall getting a small discount from the World Am on the following year’s registration cost also. I don’t know if they still do that. But, why complain about getting a rain-check? Sheesh. 🙁
