they picked up 173 at the higher rate so I guess they will pick up more at the new higher rate. they alsways have a a number right b4 the event so I think they will be over the 3000 with no trouble at all. Have heard on here in previous years that they have a certain number of spots that are already paid for but do not have names with them that are confirmed prior to start. Have also heard that a number of the volunteers also qualify for participation. The last 2 sentences were just supposition or speculations on my part from previous comments over the years on the BB but the numbers do seam to get a boost at the end.
