Rick, this will not change unless someone monitors the golf course to see where the “gaps” are. it does not take a lot of intelligence to figure it out– ride the course in reverse, no group is playing 18, you have a group on tee at 17, you have a group on 16 green— you have just discovered the problem group—as they finish 17, ask what the problem is , they are a hole + out of position –do what it takes to get them to speed up, which could lead to a penalty. Rangers could monitor and advise the pro where problems are.
