The 19th hole will be open no matter the weather. Last year they had a power outage at the Convention Center and they still had people walking around under generator power. As for the weather…. Now that’s all up to the course. Some will do all they can to get you out but common sense might say stay in and wait. I don’t think they will wait till noon to decide because the scores have to be in at a certain time.
Hopefully the weather will hold off.
