Bob I play 30+ tournaments a year, I could play more but some host courses don’t fit my game, others just don’t excite me (quality or distance). When you play a tournament on four different courses your options to control the quality of the courses are limited.
1. Limit the number of players, thereby limiting the number of courses.
2. Increase the entry fee to increase your leverage with the “best” courses.

Those are the only two options you have to control the quality of the courses you play.I just anticipate I am going to play one “dog” a year and know the other three are going to be more fun.
