I feel that this will happen numerous occasions this year. And although the ball needs to be holed “at rest in the hole” with some part below the level of hole, some groups will interpret it differently. Have this same issue with my local groups of 19 to 20 golfers. Integrity will have to govern if it was holed in my opinion.
