For those that played on courses that were “unplayable” due to mother nature and there wasn’t much that could have been done to improve things (and I too played on courses in that situation) and are upset to the point you are not coming back, what would you have liked as an alternative to playing? I wouldn’t want a rain check. I played in the slop and scored badly while others scored better. If the course is negligent not doing the best they could which again happened in my flight with Caledonia being cart path only but made us play the ball down, yes that is a problem with the course. But again, not enough to not play for the day and/or get a rain check. It was unfortunate that we had so much wet weather but still a very enjoyable week in my perspective.
I’m not criticizing just trying to understand the perspective in what you would like to have seen different.
