Their lawyers basically told them the same thing the gentlemen stated above and short it was illegal
They had a trail run a couple years ago during the Q School event As you checked in for Q School you could pay for the optional skins for your flight It worked pretty good but the next year @ Q School they did not offer and we heard from a solid source that I will not name here but he told us the Lawyers shut it down
