I am no lawyer and do not clam to be lawyer but I am just saying it is a trickery situation You cannot make a profit from said pool either by taking a cut or %
I do not think the SC ALE is going to be staking out the courses next week but it is best not to advertise
The gentlemen above should have said nothing and just did a free entry for himself If he had 50 people pay out 49 but I understand wanting to be transparent
