WAM has to pick rated tees in order to do course handicap calculations. The complaint is on Brick’s Landing at 6000 set of tees. The next set of tees down is 5100. That is too low for your age group and would lead to even more bitching for a major reduction in strokes.
In the past especially since the hurricane year of 2023, many courses will move specific hole tees from the rated yardages. Brick’s has those two par 4’s and one par 5 that appears to be very long and if they just move those to the lesser set of tees, the course will be 5700. The rest of the holes look just fine for the age group. I would be willing to bet those three holes and maybe some others will be adjusted by the course pro and superintendent.
