I’ve been playing in the W-Am for 22 out of 23 years. Had Wedgefield on Wednesday this year. Fairways and rough were in good shape. Yes, the greens were slow, but they putted the same for all. Part of the challenge is to adapt to the course of the day. Sure I’d love to chop down the fairway tree, but it’s their signature tree. It’s a traditional layout and one of the oldest courses, and the personnel there couldn’t have been nicer.
