App Login Issues

Anybody having issues with the World Am App? Installed & Reinstalled it, used my profile password after using golfer I.D. with no success. It saved my original sign in from last year, but doesn’t recognize it now?
My ” G-14 Classified” generated password doesn’t work either; any more tech savy folks got a suggestion?

Hey Glen. If you are using your email as the user, check the first few characters. If you see wa-WA…. In the line, delete the second WA. I found it to be the culprit for me. Hope this helps.

Hi Folks. Doesn’t have the 2nd WA in it, and asks for my participant number. Still keeps old password upon reinstall; that worked before? I had password changed by calling WA Headquarters on Homepage to access my profile and it doesn’t recognize that one either, but after all that says
“login does not exist”
Anybody at WA Committee got any suggestions possibly? Scott? I asked Patrick last week when I changes password & he said he wasn’t familiar with the app.

I’m going to try to help you if I can.
1) The player number and password is for the World Am website, not the app.
2) The app requires the email address you used when you created your account on the app, not the website.
So, in the app use your email address and password you created in the app.
The other option is to use you player ID # and the new password they changed for you.

Last year it didn’t go active till the day the tournament started and even then I could never get my login to work.

I have a new phone and need to download the app. The only link I can find is the 2019 version. When I try to download it it says it will not work with my phone because it is built for the older operating system. Is there a newer version out for downtown?
