My GHIN is 11.3,tournament index is 11.2 so first round it’s 10 2 nd 8 then 11 then 10. Every course I’ve played this year including my home course has a lower slope and rating then any of the courses in my rotation.so can anyone please tell me how in this could possibly be fair.

New handicap system now adjusts for the tee from which you play. Here is the calculation:

Index times slope divided by 113 plus (course rating minus par).

Course rating minus par will most often be a negative number for most of the courses we play, so your course handicap will usually be lower, sometimes substantially so. All players subject to the same system, though.
