Unless someone else wants to run the skins games for these flights. I will run the skins game for flights 22 and 23. The cost for the week will be $100… $20 for Monday, $20 for Tuesday, $20 for Wednesday and $40 for Thursday.August 20, 2016 at 2:50 pm #36062
As some of the members of these flights know… My Game pays Birdie or better only. THREE TIE a hole / ALL TIE… TWO TIE a hole / split one skin… ONE CLEAN skin on a hole take one skin. Standard carryover procedures apply Monday thru Wednesday… In the event of NO Paid holes on Thursday… ALL Players causing Ties will split the pot. Any questions please feel free to ask.August 22, 2016 at 1:12 pm #36166David RollinsParticipant
Alan, thanks for volunteering. I did it last year and had a lot of fun. If you need any help let me know.
I was wondering if anyone in these two flights would like to have a 54 hole tournament within the tournament. Net scores from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – as adjusted by the tournament committee and officially posted at the convention center & website. To be paid out Thursday morning. One fee collected on Monday morning of $20 per player.August 22, 2016 at 1:32 pm #36170
The tourney within the tourney sounds like a good idea. I’m in.August 22, 2016 at 1:38 pm #36171
Alan, is that Gross / Net (gross beats net) or Gross only?August 24, 2016 at 10:45 am #36331
Tony, thanks for your question. All scores are gross due to the tightness in the handicap range between the 2 flights.
David, I like your game… count me in.August 24, 2016 at 2:38 pm #36342David RollinsParticipant
So nice to hear back from you. I did not want to over run the skins game, but I think it’s a no brainer.
Flights 22 & 23 – THE TOURNAMENT within the TOURNAMENT. A 54 Hole cumulative net score (WA rounds 1, 2, & 3 M,T,W) as adjusted by the WA Tournament Committee and posted at the CC, Website, or App. Paid out Thursday morning before play starts (pending final scores available before tee time).
Fee is $ 20 and is payable before play starts on Monday morning. We will yield all final scores to the WA committee and abide by their decisions as to what gets posted. We will pay out 100% of the prize pool to 20% of the partcipants. That means if all 98 golfers participate we will pay out 20 places. This makes it acheivable by almost any of us, but you got a 20% chance to get your fee back and a drink or two on the last day.
If we have 60 Golfers the prize pool would be 1200 and distributed as follows:

Alan, so it’s combined between the flights? I don’t remember that being the case last year, but then again, I don’t remember much from last year after the first night at the 19th Hole… LOL!
