Handicap Reductions

I apologize for asking. I did a search and did not find the info.
At one time, you I think, posted the various criteria that can impact your handicap that you enter the tournament with.
I don’t remember all of them. I know there is a reduction for not enough scores, not enough tournament scores, where you finished in previous years, etc.
As I said, I tried to search but did not find it.
Could you please point me in the right direction or post it again?
