    Hey Everyone,

I have recently transitioned to a new role within our organization, and I am happy to say that Scott Tomasello has been promoted to Tournament Director for the World Am. I have no doubt that he, Ryan and Cory will take this event to a new level in the coming years.

This event has been a huge part of my life for the past six years and it has been very hard to distance myself from it in the last three weeks. It was great to sit back down with the guys today to flight the tournament (as frustrating as that is) and I look forward to tournament week, as I will still be very involved this year. However, as it comes time for Fall Classic in November and the other events get going in 2018, I will have almost nothing to do with them, and that too will be very difficult for me.

I’m sure it will be way less difficult for those of you who greatly dislike me. But for the vast majority of you that I have been able to speak with over the years and that I have had the great fortune to build real relationships with during our other events, I want to say thank you. I will miss all of you. The golf tournaments are fun because of the people that play in them, and I will miss chatting and laughing with you all on a regular basis.

This year is going to be a great one for the World Am, and I guarantee Scott and the guys will make next year even better as we celebrate 35 years of the event.

I hope to see many of you on the floor of 19th Hole or during registration to be able to thank you in person. We started many new events during my tenure, and your participation in them and in the World Am have been the sole reason for their success.

Have a great Course Assignments weekend. See you in a few weeks.

    Thanks again,

    Jeff Monday

Jeff – Thanks for your efforts these past few years. The event has continued to improve each year under your leadership and we look forward to Scott continuing the trend you have set. Best wishes on your next “adventure”

I’m NOT among those who greatly dislike you. Is it too late to start now ?

I’m glad I’ve gotten to know you and the team you’ve help assemble and direct. You guys know when and how to be serious and, likewise, how to have fun and make your events fun for the golfers.

As well as the new tournaments throughout the year, I’ve noticed the changes and improvements made to the World Am over the past several years — some obvious and others more subtle. Your willingness to survey participants, listen to suggestions, talk among yourselves and try new things in your constant dedication to improving the experience has been working for everybody.

I’m confident that your attitude and abilities will serve you well in your future endeavors. I’m also confident that the World Am and other events will evolve, enlarge and improve under the guidance of Scott, Ryan, Corey and others over the coming years.

    THANKS ! !

Best of luck to you Jeff. I am also not one who dislikes you.
Hope to see you next week.

Good Luck with the new venture Jeff. It has always been a pleasure to talk to you. You helped me when my house burnt and i will never forget that it meant the world to me and my girl Laura. She will be coming this year to enjoy the World Am hope we can see you and thank you in person since i was out last year. Again best of Luck with the new challenge i know you will kick butt in your new chapter of life.

Jeff Monday, thanks for taking a lot of my suggestions over the years and making it happen. Having more tournaments during the year has gotton off to a nice success. And I’ve finally got a friend of mine to come down and play in the Fall Classic and now in the World Am. His first and my 15th World Am. Hope the weather is favorable! See you next week!

Although we only met once and very briefly at that, I want to thank you for all your hard work and wish you the best in your new role.

Thanks for all your efforts Jeff, can’t image dealing with 3,000+ crazed golfers, all the best to you!
