We played a post-WA round on Legends Parkland. There were several holes where bunkers and the surrounding areas had been taken down to dirt. How were y’all instructed to play these areas?
And, there were several holes where there was new sod and it had not been mown plus it still had big seams between the pieces of sod. Some of these areas were NOT marked Ground Under Repair (GUR). What were you told about these areas? And, did they pose any problems.
Lastly…it was very obvious that the greens had been punched recently and they definitely had not healed by Friday afternoon. Some were very bumpy.
I do feel sorry for those of you who drew/played the course. I like the Legends complex and Parkland is my second favorite of the 3 courses. But, Parkland definitely was not “Tournament Ready”. I could say the same for Barefoot Love but that is for a different thread.
