Hope we do not have to deal with wetness(notice I didn’t use that other word) as “temporary water” replaces the old casual water and it is different wording that makes a lot of situations where one may not obtain relief. Even in past years I have witnessed players abusing this rule. Just because it looks wet , or you can stomp you foot and see wetness does not get you relief. Water has to be visible when stance is taken, if it reseeds, no relief.
