1. It is in the backroads of North Carolina, took a good hours drive from Legends to get there. 179 had construction delays on it by Thistle Golf course.
2. Today on the third hole workers were adding Pinestraw to edge of fairway unfortunately it was 3-5 inches deep so you can lose a ball quickly even with a decent shot.
3. Twice the cart path crosses a road where the posted speed limit is 45 so be careful crossing. The local boys don’t seem to slow down for crossing carts!!
4. The greens are let’s say a little rough. Bumpy would be a generous term.
5. The staff was outstanding.
6. Only hit driver one time, this is target golf and those that can hit targets will lap the field.
