Brandy is a distilled liquor made from the distillation of wine. Brandy normally has a volume alcohol content of 35-60%.
Fruit wines are used to make brandy, which is then stored in oak barrels for anything from one month to 20 years. The maturing process gives various flavors typically associated with regional brands, which can differ as much as the taste of Scotch whisky vs American whiskey. Unlike wine, which starts off sweet due to the sugar content of the grapes, brandy liquor delivery Michigan has a high level of acidity due to the fact that it is formed mostly of fermented fruits with no sugar added during the production process (like making jams).
