    What’s everyone think about Trump?

Not found of his running mate but I will vote for the Trump ticket. I have had just about all of the “hope and change” I can stand and do not need to see more of what the current regime has done to our country.

We need to get rid of all the bums in Washington. Term limits are a must. Career politicians have ruined the system. I think that Trump would send help to Americans being overrun and not have to lie about it.

Agree this is a boring Bulletin Board this year. What ever happened with the Smack Talk about all different topics, Sandbagging, Course Conditions, any other topic that causes a stir with the other entrants…

Just got back from the MB area. Played Prestwick and River Club. both in great shape and both ate my lunch, played 6400 and 6300 yds–I may not complain about playing 5800 yds any more. Did not have driver under control and both were long for me-must be getting old LOL

Bob, I resemble that remark. Getting old sucks. Last year I was hitting the driver really well but this year I couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn at close range. I’m not complaining about the 5800 yards either. LOL

Ken, you are right…getting old does suck. But the alternative ain’t worth a damn. This year I will be moving up to the “70 to death” age bracket.

Good for you, Rick! Does that mean you get to hit from the golds? If so, no worries about not getting to the next tee box, unless the ladies’ box is even closer. LOL

How did BarbASS get forbidden?? I was wondering why he hasn’t been chiming in on here.

As for a boring board, yes it has been (and even worse when this thread started off about chump, i mean Trump)..

Let’s get this going with some good sandbagging/DQ stories. A guy in my flight last year shot 74 (10-11 hcp) then followed it up with a 78.. Good player, great swing and even a nicer personality..

He was very upset that they Dq’d him…

Ken Weatherford, I hope so. Getting to where it does not matter whether I hit driver, 3 wood, or 3 hybrid…I hit them all 3 the same distance. Last year for the first time in 30+ years I noticed a distance loss in my irons. Yes, I know the balls are hotter and the lofts on the irons are jacked up more but I have played 8 iron at 150yds for years. Now…7 iron.

    Arghhh!

    Sir Rick,

Thoust is seeking answers in the wrong direction. Is it not possible that the greatest factor in the D.D.D. (Diminished Distance Disease) is not merely to the length of tooth but the weakness of ye olde favorite spirit – that of the liquid variety – thee chooses to imbibe in? Thoust must remember that consumption equals courage and composure out on the links. Or so I’ve been told by some wise, old sage.

    Sir Tom,
If ‘t be true mine own adult bev’rage is of did diminish quality, t is not of mine own desire. i has’t to assume yond Glenlivet distill’ry hast weaken’d their recipe. i assureth thee, i shall drinketh in larg’r quantities at this year’s nonce. t is mine own desire to arriveth at the golf course both bulletproof and well lubricat’d.
