Since they have starting holes for Thursday does that mean no reshuffling starting holes by standings??

If you have “B” groups you have to put them on the correct holes. You have to put them on the holes after par 5s. I’ve had some years where I was a B group and the hole before us was a par 3. That group was waiting with us before we even teed off sometimes!!! If they double the holes after par 5s it gives them more time to get the B groups going without a backup. Not saying there won’t eventually be a backup but it does help.

Scott’s coming down to play a few practice rounds with me before the tournament. The yardage they have listed for Parkland is 6099 which is only 50 yards shorter than the white tees compared to 570 yards longer than the green tees. That’s a big difference!!

I’m not complaining. I just want to know which tee box to practice from. The green tee says it’s 5600. I don’t want to practice from the green to then find out we’re playing from the white come Monday!!

Without a doubt the best course that has closed was Marsh Harbor!! It’s been around 15 years since it closed but they still have the enterance sign out front!!!

The first year my friend Keith came down as a 19.6 he got in the skins and shot a 112 at Panther’s Run. But he chipped in twice on par 3’s for birdies and both held up for a cool $560. Birdies are special and I don’t think anyone wants to share their skin money with someone who wins one with par. If anyone does pars or better for flight 8 it will be a lot of work. Guys with 16-17 handicap can probably come in with 4-5 pars each, maybe more.

I don’t think you can have one flight be birdies and the other be pars. You would probably have to just do our flight if flight 8 doesn’t want to participate. And I would rather it be 20,20,20,40 but that’s up to you.
