Wait, you want to run the skins game???? Didn’t you say in another thread how you screwed up the payout?? I’m not sure about this one!August 19, 2022 at 9:07 am in reply to: Courses I haven’t gotten in my rotation #51207
The Legends courses are out of the rotation because they are no longer members of Play Golf Myrtle BeachApril 2, 2021 at 12:59 pm in reply to: Handicap range #48939

Obviously you didn’t have the “pleasure” of playing Lion’s Paw last year.September 4, 2020 at 8:13 pm in reply to: Blackmoor Handicap Issue #48610
Aaron, clearly the lake of water on all the greens was to keep them from running as 4-5 with how closely they were mowed and rolled!!! Be grateful that you got to play on such a quality course!!!

Aaron, I think you should be more concerned with how many extra strokes you should have been given for paying that alpaca track known as lions paw!September 1, 2020 at 4:40 pm in reply to: Lions Paw is a dog track! #48505
So I started this thread and played there today, and after reflecting on my initial comments I have to say dog track was inappropriate as it’s really unfair to dogs! The pro assured us that they had been mowing 24/7. Not really sure what he meant by that seeing as there were huge patches of uncut grass in the fairway! But on the plus side it was lift clean and place and the plethora of crabgrass in the fairway made for nice tees for the ball. And when he said they had mowed he must have meant everywhere but the greens because they were so long you could comb them! Next year I’m hoping to draw Robbers Roost in the tournament because it couldn’t possibly be any worse then this garbage landfill passing itself off as a golf course!!August 29, 2020 at 6:34 pm in reply to: Lions Paw is a dog track! #48438
Mike, over the past 20 years I’ve heard the same argument about the Myrtle Beach Holiday Group and the money course pay and while I understand it, it’s an unacceptable answer to a tournament that hosts usually 3300 players!!! The tournament reps should strive to provide the best courses not just the ones that pay money!August 29, 2020 at 6:31 pm in reply to: Lions Paw is a dog track! #48437
Chris Sterner for the win!!!! That post couldn’t be any more on point!!! And call Lions Paw a goat track is doing disservices to goat tracks around the world!!!!!August 29, 2020 at 6:27 pm in reply to: Lions Paw is a dog track! #48436
It is an embarrassment for this tournament that I have played in for 20 years that we have to play on that goat track and it’s disappointing that after several people agreeing that no one from the tournament would at the very least go out and have a look at that atrocity and maybe, just maybe do the right thing and make a change!August 28, 2020 at 7:06 pm in reply to: Lions Paw is a dog track! #48410
I think you’re being generous by saying the fairway is the length of a normal first cut. There were patches in some fairways were you couldn’t even see your ball! Absolutely awful!!!!August 28, 2020 at 6:47 pm in reply to: Skins flights 5 & 6 #48409
Absolutely bud! But I’m retired now so go easy on me!!!August 28, 2020 at 5:27 pm in reply to: Skins flights 5 & 6 #48404
It’s probably because no one trusts a car salesman to run the skins game😬😬😬August 28, 2020 at 3:35 pm in reply to: Lions Paw is a dog track! #48395
