Another stellar golf course lineup for the Myrtle Beach World Amateur

The host courses for this year’s Myrtle Beach World Amateur Handicap Championship are set and no matter your lineup, great golf awaits. More than 60 Myrtle Beach golf courses have committed to host the tournament, and the list reads like a "Who’s Who" of area standouts.

Forty-three of the 61 courses have earned at least 4 stars in Golf Digest’s prestigious Best Places to Play guide, bringing tremendous quality and depth to the tournament lineup. Nine of our host layouts have been ranked among America’s Top 100 public courses.

“The diversity of our golf course offerings here in Myrtle Beach are a primary reason for the event’s success,” Jeff Monday, the World Am’s tournament director, said. “We are fortunate to have some of the best golf courses not only in Myrtle Beach but all of America, and it helps us deliver a great golf experience for all 3,000+ players.”

Headlining this year’s list of host courses are Caledonia Golf and Fish Club, Heritage Golf Club, Rivers Edge, True Blue, all four courses at Barefoot Resort, including the Dye Club, which will host the World Championship Playoff, TPC Myrtle Beach and Glen Dornoch Waterway Golf Links, among many others.
