To those who are due PGA Superstore gift cards for coming in 1st thru 5th place, have you received them?

I emailed the committee on the 23rd and they told me that PGA Superstore HQ had some issues, then the next day I got my ecard (hummm??). This is the 3rd time this has happened, and the 1st time I waited two weeks and they told me we should get those within a week after the Playoffs. I understand the trophies will take a while, but the ecard???
