First time participant, what tees do the different divisions play from?

David – use the “About” link on the home page and then use the FAQ link. You’ll then see a topic about the yardages that you can expand.

David, welcome to the World Am. If you let yourself, you will have a great time. It is really a lot of fun, some frustration, great competition and you can meet some lifelong friends. Denny put you onto the proper place to find out what yardages you will be playing to. Have fun and enjoy it.

One word of warning about the Worldam, Once you come and play in it you will be back every year after that. It really is a great time.

This is very true… and if you are not careful; you will find yourself down the proverbial rabbit hole entering into the Spring/Fall World AM events. lol

I definitely agree with Danny and William, although I haven’t done any of the other tournaments yet. My first time playing the World Am was 2004, and I’ve only missed three years since then. Made lots of great friends, and have played a lot of golf courses. You may get a dog every now and then, but it’s not bad.

Yeah, I concur with all you guys. I have been playing since around 2007 and played in all but three. My wife and I come every year and have friends that live in the area. We are addicted so much that I started playing in the March Championship three years ago. Won my flight last year, but didn’t play this year in the new World Am Qualifier because of Covid-19.

David, welcome to the World Am. Even though that this is only my second trip, I can agree with all the other comments. I had a great time at my first World Am and I’m pretty sure that you will too.
