Sorry to be a party pooper. Music is for afterwards, not during….just my opinion. I would say no to my group.

    Paul,

I was in your flight also. I shot 92 (72) on Thursday, but poorly the first three days. I know you finished 2nd…me 24th. My reason for replying is it is possible to have a great round on a course that should be tougher. My reason is I have played it before, unlike the other 3. Could be the reason our flight winner played to a 69….not defending him, just suggesting. This whole adjustment thing I don’t agree with at all, but it’s also not my call.

I do know that for me, the courses I played are in better shape than at home, so if I am familar with them as I am with Legends, I actually play BETTER, than my handicap indicates. Could also be true for flight 45 winner who’s last name I could not pronounce. Congratulations on your finish.

I have nothing to compare too, (first year), but threesomes and Tee times seemed to make things go very smooth. For a person running skins….not so much. All of our rounds were pretty quick.

This is not a complaint, but a fear I had coming in…….19 Handicap, okay? First three days were 101, 99, 110, Than today I shot 92, which is about average, but 18 strokes better than Wed. No cheating, just had a bad first 3 days. I’d hate to have been near the top, and have this happen just because I had a good day on a course that I have played before. So many variables to consider. My first day’s flight leader got DQ’d because he played really well. FIRST DAY!!! Glad it wasn’t me. I will say I had a great time, my first time. I will be back, just hope this DQ thing doesn’t happen to me because I was honest, and a had a good day. Don’t simply rely on computers alone.

    Bill,
Thanks for stepping up. I agree it should be both flights combined to make it worthwhile. Count me in. Hopefully others will follow.

Sorry to disappoint Bill, but I’m a rookie. Hoping another experienced will pick up the mantle.

Some of you totally missed the point about the pool noodles and ball clearance, which was the main point of my post.

I only posted the truth about wearing a mask and my experience. At Heritage I had entered the pro shop from the back, where there was no sign. I got my mask and reentered. At Legends they were not enforcing it. I had mine on once and another time not. Simply an observation. Some staff, (outside) complained about having to wear one. My comments were not intended to create debate, or stir up trouble. I will be wearing one where required.

Common sense says do that and keep a safe distance. Not a problem. Glad to know we will have individual carts. Would hate to see ANYONE get sick.

    Newbie Question:
How does your skins game work? Please explain, (and don’t tell me if I don’t know I should not play.). Seriously this my first WA, but I have been playing this game over 60 years. What is the entry fee, etc?

Thank-you in advance for your response.

Stan Legus……………..I see you have played in this a number of years.

I live in SC and have not played in it before. I spotted your name while looking through this forum. I also see Collinsville,VA….just to make sure I have the right person.

    Look forward to seeing you,
