From the WA site:

Pre – Tournament Important Dates

Late June
Or within 7 days of registration, you’ll receive a ‘WHS/GHIN club verification’ form to verify you keep a valid Handicap Index. Those unable to complete this form need to contact tournament staff and secure a valid handicap service prior to the end of the day August 10th.

Most online handicap services that have been valid in the past are no longer able to correctly calculate a Handicap Index. All Handicap Indexes MUST be kept through your State or Allied Golf Association.

August 9th
All eligible scores for World Am participants must be posted to an official WHS/GHIN handicap by this time.

August 10th
All World Am participant handicaps are requested via e-mail. This is the most important date to know! Handicap submissions require a timely response. Filling out your club verification form earlier in the year is not a substitute for completing this form.

If you are unable to use a computer at this time it is recommended you contact staff ahead of time. (CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT)

August 13th
All World Am participants handicap forms are due. Any participant that fails to meet this deadline may be deemed ineligible for tournament prizes.

August 24th*
The expected date all participants will be informed of their 4 golf courses for tournament week! *Or the most timely manner feasible given user submissions.

Right after I posted that I received an email from the World AM about the HDCP submitting dates and process. You should also receive that.
