Over all thoughts

So as the post says I’d like your overall thoughts about this year. I’m 9 years missed one due to hip surgery. And wondering about next year. First thoughts that I was no impressed:
– personally shot gun start is the way to go it evens out the conditions for all players. If you haven’t hit enough driving ranges sorry. Skins games and getting together with old friends is more important. Pine Lakes rushed everybody out, backups and a 6 hour round.
And my other courses all Fog, except last day. Last ones out, long day.
– courses nice selection.
– Gift bag, a joke. Basic items, use to be better, I have a WA belt buckle from one year. I understand personalize male/female and I agree.
-Sunday get together, if the people at the bar knew to give a discount.
-Now the 19th Hole: sorry disappointed
VIP pass for food, I already paid to much to wait. Lots of liquor selection but seems to have been limited based as advertised and servers sucked.
I Don’t Drink
Oh I don’t need gutter guards for my house, I’m here for golf. Oh sorry that would cut out 1/2 the booths.
What happen to golf reps that had raffles for stuff, I use to spend $100 on that stuff.
-WA App does it exit, no. It worked and was informative, Now it’s paper.
Check if I won something, 20 min later no. But you might have gotten an email or txt, yea right, they are looking at a piece of paper. Oh and no more flight awards it’s a randomly 50 people, hope you got notified.

Sorry my rant is over, just looking at a different perspective.

This year did seem a bit off at the 19th hole even though I did go every night mostly to listen to the bands because like always the food is just not that great and even if you found something that was good you would have to go through 3 time or more just to get a good taste. As for the rest the courses we played was ok couple courses had very high rough so caused a bit of a problem trying to find balls in the rough as we did loose a couple.
And as I said in another post way before the start of the event I have never paid more to play in a Tournament than what you could win if you won your flight I really do think it’s time the prize amounts are due for a nice face lift. If that is saying you will have to be doing away with a early drawing that I’ve seen people post and saying 30 years now and still have not won a thing on the early drawing then so be it..
