When do we get our course assignments??

Since the other thread got deleted I am starting this one!!

I said the 21st but someone else said the week of the 17th and I like the idea of the flights early and tee times later.

Flight and Course Assignments will be released the week of August 17th following Handicap Verification and Tee Times will be released the following week August 24th after flights are set.

Yes. Both flight assignments and course assignments are UP and available. Follow either of the links provided in the topic “Course Assignment week.” First put in your name (or other info) in the SEARCH box. Make note of that and then return to the original, master page. Click on the NUMBER of your flight and it will show your course assignments. Tee times are NOT yet available here, but I suspect they will be up later (or at least when we check in).

A buddy of mine just played there about a month ago and said you could tell they just did their greens so they should be good during play. He said they rolled smooth which is always a plus.

Yeah, I’m not sure why the course assignments are gone already. Some of us were eager beaver overachievers when it came to seeing what we got but others may have missed them and now they’re just gone. Times will be up before next Wednesday but still.

They’re back – looks like they fixed the database/URL errors that we were getting when clicking on individual names. That must have required a complete refresh of the site which took a little while. Now you can click on your name to see where the tee times will go once they are posted.

Billy Burwick, I’m in that flight, too. You’re right. Burning Ridge looks intimidating for an opening round.

As a layout Burning Ridge isn’t a bad one. It will challenge a golfer. Where it takes its knocks is in the course maintenance. Hit or miss whether the mower blades get lowered or left high and damaged areas get marked or it’s a “too bad so sad” sentiment by the course.
